Parents Are Not the Best Teachers

I disagree with the statement that parents are not the best teachers.Parents don't lissten when you want to talk to them about something that is happing to you. Some parents won't open up. They say you can trust them and when you do you get in trouble. What do you think parents are the Best Teachers.

Parents don't listen when you want to talk to them about someting that is happing to you. If you get bullied at school when you want to tell your parents sometimes they see it as a silly childissh thing. When your in trouble and you want to tell them so you can be honest with them all you do is get yelled at because at what you did. Sometimes all you need is advice nad you end up getting yelled at or even worse hit. Sometimes parents need to let loose and hear their kids, but they won't.

Sometimes parents won't open up. As we grow up we explore the world more when we get to teen years they hide the sex talks away from us so we got and find out in other ways. One thing parents stay strick on is the way we dress. Sometimes they won't let us express our selves through the clothes we wear so we also hide ourselves from them. As the years change things we do for fun also change but our parents won't allow these things because they don't know about them so half of the time we have to do these things behind there back. So do you want to open do your kids can trust you?

They say you can trust them when you do you get in trouble. If you have friends nad you do something that you think is cool with them when you share it with your parents all they do is yell at you and tell you to dtop hanging out with them. When you get a bad grade and you want to tell them they jsut yell at you and ground you. They don't even let you explain or anything. When you trust them with something you think is valuable and important they go on and just tell you how wrong you are and how this will harm you. We kids sometimes want to say something but can't because we know our parents abd they won't accept it.
